Who We Serve:
Great Commissions, In His Service, Ministries, Inc. and Joseph's Storehouses is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1999. We are a network of warehouses and volunteers, whose purpose is to help relieve hunger locally, nationally, and internationally. Our goal is to supply Churches, Agencies, Soup Kitchens, and Food Pantries with quality, nutritious food while maintaining the dignity of the families served.


How We Are Funded:

All of our funding comes from our partners who support us on a monthly basis. All funding goes directly back into the ministry. This past year we gave away $1,110,032.00 dollars in food. This year we are estimating doing over $4,000,000 and we are well on our way. We have large needs: a larger warehouse, additional trucks, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, finances and volunteers.


Where We Are:
We lease and maintain a warehouse at 470 Hollenbeck Street, located in the city of Rochester, NY. We Distribute 25 TONS of food weekly, we actively coordinate with 40 different ministries, and we support in picking up a total of 25 tons of food from four suppliers weekly. Joseph's Storehouses also networks with other organizations to provide teaching in nutrition and health, job training, and housing.
